April 2004 Update

| I sit here at my computer wishing I did not have to write this but here it goes. Thursday, a week before opening day, we lost our primary sponsor at no fault of our own. We all know money is tough to collect these days leaving us in a position I am sure we all have been in. So, we have decided to hold off another year to go sprint car racing.

We
decided we want to run a top of the line operation so that I
can find out if I have what it takes to run with the best this
sport has to offer. We believe if we were to
come in without the right funding I would not get that chance. So, we will put our
head to the grind stone build and market our muffler in order
to make the funds to come out next year with all the
horns and whistles.
We plan on continuing to test the sprint car this year and come out at the end of the year a couple times if we have funds.
We will be running our road race car with NASA all year. We have put up our new schedule. If you have time, come check it out. It is a good time based around fun and family.

We ran last week. We finished third. We had it won all the way until I went in to
a turn a little hot and went out in the dirt. It looked good, full lock and a
rooster tail flying out the back, but that’s not the fastest way around a road
race track. Jill my wife said it was just my burning desire to run in the
dirt this year. She could be right! I did think I saw a birm there. |

I would like to thank my wife, my family, my friends, my sponsors, and all of you. This is not a set back! Things like this only build strength and with all the support I have I am a blessed man.
