March 2006 Update

As far as the finishing line… we did not get a good finish but as far as pit crew and team work we are awesome!

| We had a weekend that could only be explained like this… anything that could go wrong did go wrong. We started the race in about tenth and Paul was doing well getting through traffic and all of a sudden the watts linkage broke so he crawled back to the pits. We fitted it and got him back out. To our dismay he still had something wrong so he came back in and we changed a tire and cleaned up some other stuff. We got him back out there a few laps later. The car broke again with repairs that we could not fix at the track so we called it a night.

It was a really bad night for Paul. It is hard to break without having any fun behind the wheel. I would like to express my thanks to a crew that never gave up and never stopped trying to make things better the whole weekend long. Even in the face of defeat they are looking forward to the next time we race and thinking about how to make things better. I personally would like to say thanks to Floyd, Mike, Dan, Mike, Chris, Glen, Nate, T, and the home team Bobby and Cliff for all the hard work and support. We would not be able to do this without their help.
We will go home, dot our I`s and cross our T`s, and be at Willows on 5/6/06 for the next one and give it our best shot again. There will be ups and downs but with the strong work ethic and teamwork the team has we will do well!
We would like to take this time to thank all of our Sponsors for their support and thank all of you for caring about how we do. We wish all of you the best this world has to offer.
P.S. The Doc did surgery on my shoulder on the 24th of last month and he found that my ac joint was fused together. I probably never would have known unless they had gone in. So… they fixed that, the cartilage I tore, and cleaned out the arthritis. The Doc says I will be better than new. I asked if he could fix my brain so I would think before I open my mouth. He said that was not his specialty.
